This guy is a minor character. In the episode "Down Time", he is shown while George and Dallas are in a mattress store. When Noah goes to pick up Dalia, this guy says something like "I have an appointment" or such, showing a rude behavior. George then tries to be nice by saying "thanks for your patience", meant to be irony.
