Joe is the replacement of George when Dallas is building her shop. George got angry at Dallas because he thought she was trying to seduce him, so he left, and he came back realizing what he had done and Joe was standing there taking notes while Dallas was telling him about what she wants to do. George interrupts, and Joe leaves, and George replaces him back.
